Combining the beautiful scents of lavender, lemon and peppermint makes a powerful mix of seasonal support.
1. Make a Roller Bottle
Put equal amounts of each oil in a rollerball bottle (or an old Essential Oils bottle with an AromaGlide fitment), about 1/4 full. Then top with Young Living's V-6 carrier oil, fractionated coconut oil or jojoba oil (all favorites of mine)
To use: When your nose starts to tickle, roll under and on your nose and on your sinuses, just ender your eye socket bone.
Add 3-6 drops of each oil to your diffuser. Diffuse overnight on an intermittent setting or during the day as needed. You may be tempted to sit right over the diffuser, but you don't need to. You'll still get the benefits when the diffuser is across the room. Too close and you might overwhelm your senses!
3. Make Capsules
Add 3 drops of each oil to a veggie caplet, top with fractionated coconut oil, close the capsule and swallow. The Young Living Vitality oils are labeled for internal use, but if you want to save money per drop, you can use the oil from the 15ml bottles. They are the same oils, just labeled differently. You can also freeze caplets.
